Privacy Policy

Squeaky Shiny Clean is a house cleaning and mobile car detailing service based in Covina, California, operated by Peter Orozco. This page explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect the following information:

• Your name. So Peter knows who he is working with and can address you properly.
• Your phone number. So Peter can text you a booking confirmation and stay in touch about your appointment.
• Your email address. So we can send your booking confirmation, pre-clean checklist, and completion photos.
• Your home address. So we can arrive at the right place and calculate your price estimate based on your location within our service area.
• Room and area photos (optional). You can upload photos of your rooms during booking so Peter can build a checklist tailored to your home before arriving. These are never required.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payment is cash or Zelle after the job is complete.

How we use it

We use your information only to fulfill your booking:

• Schedule and confirm your appointment
• Build a pre-clean checklist tailored to your home
• Send booking confirmations, your checklist, and completion photos by email
• Calculate a price estimate based on your home size and the service type you selected

We do not use your information for marketing and we do not send promotional emails.

Photo retention

Your photos are stored on secure servers and are only accessible to Peter and Rosa, the crew who will clean your home. Photos are never shared with anyone outside the crew, and they are never used for advertising or any purpose other than building your checklist.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertising networks, data brokers, or any other third party for commercial purposes.

The only third party that handles your data is Resend (resend.com), our transactional email provider. Resend delivers your booking confirmation, checklist, and completion emails on our behalf. They do not use your data for any other purpose and are contractually prohibited from doing so.

Request deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Text or call us at (626) 667-4202 and we will delete your records within 7 business days.

If your booking is still active (scheduled or in progress), we may need to keep your information until the job is complete. After completion we will delete it on request, or automatically at the 90-day mark for photos.
