These terms apply when you book a cleaning or detailing service from Squeaky Shiny Clean, operated by Peter Soto in Covina, California. By submitting a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings are submitted through our website or by texting (626) 667-4202. Here is how the process works:
We may decline a booking request if we are fully booked or if your location is outside our service area.
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can open that slot for another neighbor.
We accept cash and Zelle only. Payment is due after the job is complete. We do not require a deposit and we do not charge processing fees.
The price shown at booking is an estimate based on your home size and service type. The final price does not change unless you add services on the day of your appointment, in which case Peter will confirm the updated amount before proceeding.

This rule is enforced on the booking calendar. If you book a standalone detail and select a weekday, the calendar will prompt you to select a Saturday or Sunday instead.
If you upload room or area photos during booking, those photos are used only to help Peter build your pre-clean checklist. They are stored securely, are only accessible to our crew, and are deleted automatically 90 days after your booking is complete.

We treat your home, vehicle, and belongings with care. If you notice an issue after your service, contact us at (626) 667-4202 within 24 hours and we will make it right. That is our commitment.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided for that booking. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed to us before the service.
We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are incompatible with standard cleaning products when you have not informed us in advance. If you have specific requirements (a delicate finish, an allergy-sensitive product preference, a fragile item in a room), please note it when booking or before we arrive.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of our service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
